We ship with DPD to the pick-up point of your choice. You choose the pick-up point at checkout.

When your order leaves
We pack and send orders within 1–2 working days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Prices, VAT and customs
All prices include VAT. We only ship within the EU, so there are no customs fees.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel not collected: DPD keeps parcels at the pick-up point for a limited time, then returns them to us. We can send it again; the new delivery cost is paid by you.
- Damaged or missing parcel: please tell us as soon as possible — ideally within 14 days of the expected delivery date — with photos if the parcel arrived damaged, and we'll sort it out with DPD.
